Navigate to "New Audit" from the sidebar or click the + button. Enter any website URL and click "Start Free Audit." The audit takes approximately 60 seconds to complete. You'll see real-time progress as we crawl pages, analyze content, and take screenshot proofs. No installation or code changes are required.

The AI Readiness Score measures how well AI language models (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.) can find, understand, and accurately recommend your business. It evaluates four key areas: Schema Markup, Content Clarity, E-E-A-T Signals, and Technical Accessibility. A higher score means AI models are more likely to correctly describe your business to potential customers.

Most audits complete in under 60 seconds. Larger sites with many pages may take up to 2–3 minutes. During the audit, you'll see a live progress feed showing each step: crawling pages, analyzing content, taking screenshot proofs, and generating your report.

Annotated screenshot proofs are visual captures of your website pages with colored overlay boxes highlighting specific issues. Each proof shows exactly where an AI visibility problem exists — like missing schema markup, unclear headings, or content that AI models can't parse — along with a severity rating and fix suggestion.

The AI Shadow Profile simulates how AI models describe your business. We query ChatGPT, Gemini, and other models with questions like "What is [your company]?" and analyze their responses for accuracy, sentiment, and completeness. This reveals gaps between how you want to be perceived and how AI actually describes you.

Monthly reports include: AI traffic trends with session data, AI platform breakdown (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity), your AI Readiness Score with pass/fail checklist, AI Shadow Profile updates, annotated screenshot proofs, and an editable narrative section. Agency users can white-label these reports with their own branding before sending to clients.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to additional features and the price difference is prorated. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No cancellation fees or long-term contracts.

When you reach your monthly audit limit, you'll see a notification in the dashboard. You can either wait for your limit to reset at the start of the next billing cycle, upgrade to a higher plan for more audits, or purchase one-time additional audits. We'll never cut off access to your existing audit results and reports.
